Features of this handle set:

• All trim and most working parts are manufactured of solid forged brass, precisely machined for strength and lifetime operation. Forgings have 250% greater tensile strength than castings.
  


• Operation of latch bolt is by handle with thumb piece on the outside, and by "Wave" lever on the inside. Operation of deadbolt is by key outside, and by turn piece inside.
  


• Equipped with Emergency Egress function - When you turn the inside lever, both the latch bolt and the deadbolt are retracted simultaneously, enabling you and your family to exit the house quickly in a fire or other emergency.
  


• Accommodates door thickness of 1-3/4". Thick door kits are available for thicker doors (2" or 2-1/4") at additional cost.
  


• This tubular lock set is designed for easy installation in standard pre-bored wood or metal doors (2-1/8" bore).
  


• Backset is adjustable to 2-3/8" or 2-3/4".
  


• Overall size of escutcheon plates (inside and outside) is approx. 11-1/4" x 3".
  


• Distance between center of latch bolt and center of deadbolt (CTC) is 5-1/2".
  


• Deadbolt has 1" throw and hardened steel insert for maximum protection and security.
  


• Deadbolt is furnished with a reinforcing strike plate constructed of high grade steel for strength and durability.
