Hoppe Ultimate 2D Adjustable Steel Hinges - Set of Three

• These unique hinges provide for adjustment of a door both vertically and horizontally in the opening. This can help account for sagging walls and floors, and adjust the gap between the door and frame.
  


• Sold in set of three hinges required to hang a single door:
• One set hinge - installed as the center hinge - provides 2.5 mm of vertical adjustment.
  


• Two guide hinges - installed at the top and bottom - provide 2 mm of horizontal adjustment. The guide hinges float up and down with the adjustment of the set hinge to prevent hinge binding.
  


• Screws are provided.
  


• Maintenance free bearings - no lubrication required
  


• Overall size is 4" x 4"
  


• Non-removable pin (NRP) for increased security
  


• Base material is steel
  


• These hinges are handed and easily reversible:
• The thicker leaf goes on the door, the thinner leaf goes on the frame
  


• To reverse hand, simple pull out the hinge pin and slide in from the opposite end
  


• Currently available only in the following finish: Rustic Umber Powder Coat (a very dark brown) on steel:

• To adjust:
• Adjust vertically and horizontally using the (H) and (V) adjustment screws located on the door leaf of each hinge.
  


• To adjust vertically, open door to 90 degrees and turn (V) screw of set hinge.
  


• To adjust horizontally, turn (H) screw of guide hinge.
  


• Never use power screwdriver for hinge adjustment.
