Rocky Mountain Bronze Interior Latch Sets
Catalog #RMBS
Rocky Mountain produces handmade, solid bronze, architectural hardware which is characterized by simple lines, elegant form, and superior function. - This beautiful, rugged bronze hardware is manufactured using the sand-cast and lost-wax processes.

- These tubular latch sets are available as Privacy or Passage Sets.
- Dummy Sets (Full or Half) are also available.
- Rocky Mountain hardware is made in Idaho, USA (except the latch bolts).
- Because each piece is made-to-order, expect 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
-

Ordering:
When ordering a latch set from the Rocky Mountain Builder Series, you will need to specify the following:
Refer to our Glossary if you need a description of Function, Hand, or Backset.
- Knob/Lever Options: Two knob styles and two lever styles are available.
- Escutcheon Options: Four escutcheon styles are available - Rectangular, Stepped, Curved, and Arched. Each comes in small and large sizes, for a total of eight possible escutcheons.
-
Finish Options: Nine finishes are available. Click here for photo. Each finish consists of a base metal and a patina.
-
Base Metal. Two base metals are available:
- Silicon Bronze has a coppery-gold color. It is an alloy of copper, silicon, and zinc.
- White Bronze has a silvery color. It is an alloy of copper, manganese, nickel, and zinc.
-
Patina
- Rocky Mountain hand-applies the patina to produce an aged appearance and create a "living finish".
- The patina will continue to evolve over the life of the hardware, responding to touch, climate, and exposure to elements. With time, subtle changes in color, texture and sheen will appear.
-
Patinas available include:
- Light
- Medium
- Dark
- Rust (available on Silicon Bronze only)
- Brushed

Knob or lever style, and escutcheon style.
- Any combination of knobs and levers may be paired with any of the escutcheon styles to create what you want. The inside of the door does NOT need to be the same as the outside.
- For example, you could have a Potato Knob with a Small Rectangular Escutcheon on the inside, and a Beaver Tail Lever with a Large Stepped Escutcheon on the outside.
-
Finish. The finish consists of the base metal - silicon bronze or white bronze - plus the patina - light, medium, dark, rust (silicon bronze only), or brushed.
- For example - Silicon Bronze Light, or White Bronze Brushed
